Where are your products shipped from?
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Thailand.
How long does shipping take?

- Europe: 4–8 weeks
- North America: 4–6 weeks
- Australia & New Zealand: 2–5 weeks
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and local postal services or uncontrollable conditions.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes.
Every shipment includes a tracking number which will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
My package is delayed. What should I do?
International shipping may occasionally experience delays due to customs inspections, weather conditions, holidays, or local postal services. Please allow additional time before contacting us.
Customs & Import Duties
Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Import duties, VAT, customs fees, and local taxes are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer.
What happens if customs refuses or seizes my package?
Customers are responsible for understanding their country’s import regulations before placing an order.
We cannot provide refunds for packages that are:
- Refused by customs
- Seized by customs
- Returned due to unpaid taxes
- Unclaimed
- Destroyed by customs

Due to the nature of personal care products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged package and product.
We will investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available only for eligible cases as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Refunds are not available for delays caused by customs or postal services.
